The Italian Highball is an effervescent sensation. Combining the bubbles of tonic and soda to bring to life Lyre’s Italian Spritz as a tastier and healthier version of a spritz.
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz
- 60ml premium bottled Mediterranean tonic water
- 30ml soda water
METHOD
Add all ingredients in a glass. Stir, fill with fresh cubed ice. Serve in a highball, large or stemless wine glass and garnish with an orange slice.

INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Lyre’s London Dry Spirit
- 120mL premium bottled tonic water
- 1 pink grapefruit slice
METHOD
Add ingredients in highball glass, stir, fill with ice and garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice.
Coffee Highball
Coffee and tonic. Who knew? Well, it’s a thing and it’s downright delicious. If you want an afternoon pick me up, this is a perfect cocktail. Think Espresso Martini, but lighter and fresher.
INGREDIENTS
2 Parts (60ml) Lyre’s Coffee Originale
4 Parts (120ml) premium bottled tonic water
METHOD
Add ingredients in a highball glass, fill with ice, stir and garnish with a lemon wheel.
